Nice weather? Sea? Company? It is possible to add all this up and organize a teambuilding. That was the challenge that Ford Spain proposed to us.

A regatta with 12 cruises in the Bay of Cadiz in which the participants, divided into different groups with a captain and a sailor on each boat and guided by our team, enjoyed infinite sensations: motivation, laughter and business community through leisure and fun.

Back in Puerto de Santa Maria, the teams celebrated the competition with champagne and of course medals for the winning team.
