The Provincial Council of Cadiz entrusted us to organize the First Sustainable Gastronomy Days of the Province. We had a dual objective to fulfill: on the one hand promote the Campus of Professional Excellence of Tourism, Hotel, Catering and Innovation “El Madrugador”, and on the other hand, to start a cycle of conferences and show-cooking with the theme of Sustainable Gastronomy.
These days had the intention to gather the agri-food and fisheries sector of our province, together with the hotel, catering and tourism sector, with a different approach. The focus has been on “social, environmental and health responsibility’ due to the important labor impact in the future of the province and entire Andalucía.
So, for 2 days, more than 100 professionals and gastronomy lovers met on the Campus to get first-hand knowledge from the lead companies of the sustainable sector.
